Three times today/tonight Tennessee has meowed up a storm while in the living room or dining room, at the sliding glass doors. Usually that means he's seen another cat — or a raccoon, a skunk, etc. I hope no poor creature has been out in this weather.
I do have two cat houses that would provide some shelter (left over from when I had an indoor/outdoor ex-feral cat) that they could use if needed.
