I don't really get this logic tbh
I notice leftists do too much to try to argue this. It's like saying Palestinians can't be anti-semitic. Of course they can @eris Or, that... say... Russians or Poles can't be fascist because historically both of them were victims of a very brutal fascist invasion. Oh yeah. They say the same thing: "we're not fascist, because..." Well, if it swims like a duck... That's the thing, though. Ideas and doctrines don't have skin colour or nationality or race. And the tables can turn in any direction, really. A dev posted themselves playing Baldur's Gate 3 on the Steam Deck, apparently the controller layout is gonna come at release
H y p e When the internet is gone because of climate change and worsening capitalism, let's agree to meet in Oregon and start a post-fedi commune where we splinter into five hundred different communes that all hate each other
I hope every person who sets off early fireworks gets a limb blown off for upsetting my cat (I like her better than any human)
@eris There's also a quote that is all too often attributed to Terry Pratchett: "Satire is meant to ridicule power. If you are laughing at people who are hurting, it‘s not satire, it’s bullying." Although, it's not Terry Pratchett who said that, it was someone else, and the origin of the quote is probably lost to ether, but it's the thought that counts, and it's a very valid one. |
