honestly i'm getting sick of hearing the same arguments time and time again about how i shouldn't be able to play games on my computer because Bad People could play them too

 even outside of all the other issues the biggest thing that gets me is just how slow it is i sure do enjoy having to wait 10 minutes before i can actually start chatting in a room i joined a year ago please treat the people who maintain your software well, or else you'll end up being even more mad once they do something you don't like as a result of you treating them badly reminder once again if you have a 3ds or wii u to dump the spotpass data on it: https://spotpassarchive.github.io/ just looked at the spreadsheet and there are quite a few common 3ds titles with incomplete data, but that's nowhere near as much as the wii u list which shows a large majority of titles as having incomplete data we only have until april 8 to archive everything, the link above has guides for both modded and unmodded systems there is now a method for unmodded wii u systems, just put in an empty sd card and open the website mentioned in this guide on the web browser: https://spotpassarchive.github.io/guides/wup/browserhax Essem Space says kids shouldn't listen to Jensen Huang - they should leave it up to actual devs honestly? i love the small, fun things that have come out of misskey and its forks over the years, such as cat mode, the mod player, mfm, and the games; a lot of it might seem unnecessary to most people, but i see it as a sign that there's still plenty of people in software dev that just want to mess around and have fun the larger tech industry seems to not care about little things like that anymore, so seeing an actively maintained and used project embrace such wild ideas makes me happy palworld? nah i'm playing NTSCworld 😂😂😂😂 ⚠️ This user is suspected to be affiliated with the CIA's International Posting Unit. @esm@wetdry.world It had more time to mature and fix issues, that's true :3c @esm is there any particular reason why we seem to keep reinventing things, but worse? singleplayer games running locally should not have to constantly stream assets over the network and send every input to an external server to be playable we are at the point where someone is less trustworthy if they always use their real name on the internet  Congratulations for making wetdry.world the #1 instance in terms of alt text usage! @esm@wetdry.world Been trying to post this in other places, did you happen to post about this on Twitter? If you do I could retweet it and try and get others to.  discord has ruined the definition of the word "server" for potentially an entire generation of people

@esm we should get rid of the bad people . then the games will be safe .
@esm i think letting people play the games they spent their hard earned money on using the same hardware/software they had always been using is much more important than trying to thwart some nerd dickheads using cheats
