We don't have a #cat , so can't offer many #caturday photos, but the last few days this cat has started to hang around our house, and likes to lie and sleep in this sunny spot. It's got no collar, and we don't know where it comes from. Posting in local FB groups also hasn't given any insights.

Glad to see the great job @openstreetmap and @organicmaps are doing. For cycling to the zoo's main entrance, where I can buy entry, they suggest a sensible route. #Google maps seems to suggest I go through the zoo, possibly via the tiger cage.

@hl the funny thing is many people complain that Organic Maps' bicycle routing leaves a lot to be desired 😅

What's a fun name?

@hl since I've started using Organic Maps, I have done a lot of comparisons with Google Maps and it most cases both choose the same route. Now, there's evidence that our beloved #foss is even better.

An opportunity to point out that the power of these maps (..and app) lies in our hands - the users. There's no automatic, endless data harvesting here. So, don't forget to add/remove/edit places whenever you can.

Also somehow ZOO looks more like a ZOO.

Here I needed a while to understand what is that place. Only after reading the labels I understood it is the center of Warsaw, a place that should be one of the most recognizable places in Poland.
Compared to OragnicMaps, with rich colors, colorful Metro icons, building shapes and rails, Google Maps looks very blended.
