I highly recommend giving the API the attention it deserves, it's what makes or breaks platforms.
You can only build so much on your own.

@samir @dansup We do have pretty good MastoAPI support, and work with many 3rd party app developers.

We are working on a new docs site that will feature more thorough API documentation

Oh I know! I have been visiting your API page for a long time hoping for a change :)

Unfortunately the major differences from the Mastodon API make it a no go:
1. Token lifetime
2. paging headers

1) We support refresh tokens

2) We support Link header pagination for the same endpoints Mastodon does

I will have a look again. These two issues were holding us up from adding you as a supported platform
