It seems to be possibly derived from a news article saying “47 Palestinian families erased from civil registry…” but this tweet seems to be the original misinformation https://twitter.com/daliagebrial/status/1749078558180335692 There is no shortage of factual evidence of civilian deveatation in Gaza. No need to invent it.
