@elektron we're gonna build a gimbal, our boat is very tippy so it's a must for cooking underway.
We use an induction in port too, but we can't use it underway or at anchor, would draw too much (we cook most things at a 1000W, even if the plate goes to 1800W), may be fine to boil water for coffee but maybe not when making more complex meals.
Would be possible with a large solar array and battery bank (we only have 190W, and 4x6V batteries so :/).
