#Twitter was partially down this morning worldwide. Search and trends showed no results, and both the “For you” and “Following” timelines were completely down. Posting did work, but nobody other than you was able to see your posts.

At 1:45 a.m. Eastern time, the website came back online fully. Total downtime was much over an hour.
