Pixelfed is not accurately calculating active users, the numbers should be higher, like way higher

I just realized we are only storing `last_active_at` during in-app registration and if you viewed the home feed in the webUI

Say you only use the app, you can create posts, follow accounts, like/share posts and comment and you still aren't counted as active

My bad, I will fix this tomorrow 😅
