@Gargron @nullthegrey I quit Spotify for the same reasons when they paid Joe Rogan a mountain of money. That was the straw that broke the camels back. @Gargron @nullthegrey The only problem is its high price. Do you have a family account you share with somebody? @elvector @nullthegrey Yes, I pay for a family account and share it with my wife and parents. Same price for higher quality, more money given to artists, and it has Neil Young. I also like that it's purely music focused and doesn't have podcasts. Spotify is always pushing podcasts! @JustinH @nullthegrey @Gargron edit: And of course it is not Spotify. I am not even aware out extensive tracking, like always wanting to know where I am. @nullthegrey @Gargron There's no downside to switching, IMO. If anyone's interested I used a service called soundiiz to transfer all my likes/playlists from Spotify. It's $5 (don't forget to cancel the subscription). |
