I shipped a fix to https://fedidb.org relating to the historical stats bug that added fluctuations to the graphs

The issue was a race condition in the calculation and cache layers, it is now properly fixed

It's quite an embarrassing bug for a service whose purpose is to aggregate and display network stats

It won't happen again, and also I'm almost finished the v1 API and documentation!
