@frykitty the funny part is the most famous tree is more like a 3-4 foot tall bush (I took the photos close to the ground)

@zrail @frykitty at the absolute peak in color (probably early next week) there will be about a dozen dorky photographers all sitting at the base, and they're kind of jerks about it (15min time limit but they'll camp out there all day even though anyone with a phone only needs 30sec to take a shot and move on)
