 @giosci @michaelslade @Gargron @Kels_316 Itʼs so bizarre to me as a publisher. We removed our Facebook links and gadgets weeks before the Christopher Wylie exposé in The Observer. We removed our Twitter links and gadgets at the end of 2021. It was obvious where things were heading so why would we want that brand association? We joined the fediverse in 2016. Evidently most of my media colleagues think differently and believe itʼs worth being seen next to OnlyKlansʼ name and a simplified swastika.  @Gargron @giosci @Kels_316 @michaelslade weirdly enough, even though people like us love the journalists & news and that’s what journalists talk about. |

Yes, unfortunately until most of the reporters, journalists, media people don't jump ship, people will stick to 'X' because of the curated feeds... I saw some of them starting to use #mastodon at the end of last year (edging their bets...) but they have now gone back to the 'old bird'...
