@EU_Commission @eingfoan Let's see what loopholes they will find in that law. And I am sure they will do everything they can to fulfill only the absolutely bare minimum and argue there way out of everything as much as possible. We will see what will change after the 6 months. 🫣 2 comments
@firecat @EU_Commission @eingfoan there are a few big players missing. I guess politicians only understand the mainstream view without a grasp of any details. Honestly I would expect better from people who write laws then to put actual company names into it. I would have expected some rules by which any company is measured to determine if they are gatekeeper or not. Well, what if one of the companies on the list changes it's name? Does it mean they do not have to comply anymore? |

@tinnedsoftware @EU_Commission @eingfoan I think there is a loophole, Valve Corp not being added means EU isn’t going after companies who are the middlemen. All these companies can create a middleman and still get paid normally. EU, you need to rethink this law for middlemen companies who solely are for big business.
