@rek I can almost see that as a useful technique where you pull on the stern line to set yourself drifting in the right direction while you let down your chain. And then tighten it up after.

@avi yea, I mean, I’ve seen ppl re-anchor while stern-tied (just cause they messed it up the first time), but it didn’t look easy, and you need lots of line to get far away to put enough rode out (Seems like ppl under scope when stern tied, and then they drag when the wind comes up :/)
