(and it's also true for the explanation to the 911 dispatcher that is going to be passed on to the paramedics...) |

Ironically, some of the least advisable acts that are physically possible are the ones that require no explanation at all. I'm thinking specifically of rectal foreign bodies.
No, those are not worth doing, especially not when they necessitate surgery. But it's a flawed assumption that everything is *boring* that needs no explanation.
