Gregory's Server@stavvers Well, good luck to them trying to protect themselves from litigation! They have gone completely off the rails, such terms cannot be enforced legally in any court of law. Very sad, I have a few artist friends who had their shops on Etsy, so they are in a really bad situation at the moment.
@dotslash @stavvers unfortunately, in the United States, that is not the case. The Supreme Court has ruled multiple times in the last decade plus that consumers can be forced into binding arbitration. It’s one of the biggest reasons the balance of power has shifted from people to corporations here.
