@ifrit At the end I added "and in all cases it's still one public facing server handling all the traffic". I.e. when you connect to masto.ai you connect to one specific server. Anyway, it still makes more sense than with discord. A discord "server" is more like a chatroom that contains other chatrooms. They don't have an address, a host name, or anything like that. It's just some internal ID managed by discord's actual servers.
