@grishka @samhenrigold If you ask me, Apple's biggest HID sin is deciding that full height keys aren't stylish enough and switching to chiclet keys for desktops. They're harder to type on, with the smaller gaps between keycaps making typing on them more prone to mistakes.

And this change ended up creating a trend, seemingly dragging the rest of the industry along.

I much preferred the last two full height models! (And on a purely aesthetic note, I miss Univers on the keycaps.)
