I guess for some people in the furry fandom, as I think it's called, there's a sexy element; but despite Rule 34, I think that's not the dominant thrust (as it were). But my exposure to furries has been pretty limited -- Ive only met one, afaik. (Seemed like a nice guy. Not strong at Baduk though -- I was able to beat him, and I suck.) It's not really an interest of mine, but I am livid that fascists are attacking furries and trans folks.

@mmlvx @helligbird @jerry I didn't know they were out to get furries too. But I guess it should come as no surprise, considering how everybody who isn't exactly like them eventually gets a turn. #FuckYouFascists

Yeah. Historically, they go after the *most* marginalized first. Transgender people (and furries -- and I gather that there's some overlap, maybe) are the proverbial canaries in the coal mine.
