@evan @chrismessina FWIW https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-swicg/ does contain the word incubator. Maybe that’s just not correct any longer?

@philip @chrismessina It used to be an incubator, and then it became a working group, and now it's a community group. Fair enough, though.
