I figured out the issue with Android and the video editor/Stories feature! Now this will get exciting, you will be able to add and remix custom sounds too, ala TikTok.

Short form video has always been in our dna, though we haven’t given it the attention it deserves, with Loops, you will have a separate feed to browse with just short looping videos!
