Gregory's Server@Gargron been doing some research and there are now companies making new cast iron cookware that’s similar to the old stuff. Better than Lodge. I found a Griswold skillet in my parents kitchen. Must have been my grandmother’s. Anyway plenty of YouTube video reviews of the new better cast iron. They are pricey. I’m leaning towards a Stargazer but haven’t bought one yet.
