It is a shame that the narcissist m-fer has mucked up a flawed but highly useful tool as it has, but we DID get by before the bird site. Instead of whining about tw debacle just establish federated information/emergency warning system for all gov't agencies worldwide. No individual accounts. Just the facts ma'am, just the facts. Read-only access to all. RSS enabled. Include SMS alert subscriptions.
