It seems I was right. They really did develop it in a vacuum, unaware of the problems that have been known in the VR industry for years and already solved by competitors.

The funny thing is that the over-the-head strap is not really a solution either.

I was thinking about Quest 2.
I'm not sure if I into VR or not, but it looks like a good deal to try.
My main points of interests right now are some games like HL: Alyx, DCS and I also want to try VR workspace.

Not sure if I should wait for Quest 3.

I can only find Pimax on Ozon and it's 1.5-2x times more expensive.
Also as I understand, if I buy Pimax Artisan VR 2.0 for example, I still need to buy controllers separately.
Am I wrong?

Everything of the above is not an option for me.

But at least when buying on OZON I can return it within 7 days without any questions.

I'm still thinking that for the sake of curiosity Quest 2 is the best option for now. It's not a top-notch option, but it's decent and it's relatively cheap.

I'm not even sure for example if I'd be diligent enough to learn what's needed in DCS. So I'm not even sure if I'd be using it for a long time or just give away to someone like you did with Quest 1.
