@Homebrewandhacking @simon I’ve been a GM since the red box era, skipped 3.0/3.5 because I was running other systems (played and ran a lot of World of Darkness games, was a serious MtG player in the pre-pro tour era), am a 4 star PFS GM for Pathfinder and now also play and run 5e and collect ttrpg books (have more than I’ll ever have a group to run thru). So dnd book suggestions quite welcome though I’m likely to already have many

Well the stuff I write is for #LevelUpA5e which is a fork of D&D that provides better GM support and removes racism/ablism. A key to that is separating species and culture into distinct _mechanical_ components (https://a5e.tools/rules/origin) which my books take and guide in how to do for your own Creations using a point based (relative) system.
It's not for everyone. But tell your friends? 😀 maybe they'll want it?
