Added mass delete support to the @pixelfed user dashboard!

This makes it much easier to mass delete spam accounts with usernames that contain spammy terms.

Now available in the latest commits 😎

@dansup I'd recommend adding a "type DELETE to continue" input to that button, especially if this act is non-reversible
