Just wrapping up Import from Instagram in @pixelfed

I wanted to support the ability to import more than once, and allow admins more control over this feature.

Been testing against a few larger exports, and it should work for the majority of people, but that being said I will be prepared to ship bug fixes ASAP.

Fedi admins: don't worry, imports will not be delivered to followers or clog your job queues!

@dansup @pixelfed That's some terrific news! I used to have a small instagram account, but it holds photos from a couple of trips that are unlikely to be repeated. I''d be happy to have them back.

I stopped using Instagram years ago - basically, when FB bought them. Moved to Flickr, have a pro account, and haven't looked back.
