@dansup @pixelfed The screen looks nice but where would it come up and why?

@Gargron @dansup @pixelfed **checkout those mod buttons  *hint* *hint*

@stux @Gargron @pixelfed To be fair, Mastodon has a few moderation features we don't have, and Mastodon arguably does a better job than what we offer (ie: ip bans, keyword bans, approval mode) at the moment

@dansup @Gargron @pixelfed trueee there are certainly plusses on both sides :ablobwink:

I gotta say, I really am interested in the new 'auto spam' learning feature! Testing it out on an instance now :blobcathighfive:

Pixelfed does an awesome job at picking out the spam account at this moment, and it's getting better each time

@Gargron @pixelfed When you tap the 3 dot menu on a post, you see the first image and a "Why you're seeing this post" button that once tapped, shows the second image.

Why? Because it shows different context based on the screen you're currently on and it provides some info as to why a user is seeing a specific post.

This is more geared towards new/unfamiliar users who may not realize how or why this particular post was shown

@msiedlaczek @Gargron @pixelfed These are a few other contexts that differentiate the relationship and source!

@dansup @Gargron @pixelfed okay but like… when would it ever say anything other than “because you follow this person”?

This is cool and I feel like I’m missing a little context - is it a Pixelfed specific UI improvement? @dansup

@dansup @Gargron @pixelfed But why can't you put it on the Play Store and App Store respectively PixelFed, in general, is a wonderful addition to the Fediverse and a great Instagram alternative.
