@futurebird
Here’s some boilerplate if anyone wants to use:
Now that Twitter has become fundamentally unreliable and the MTA no longer uses it for service alerts, please consider joining the Fediverse (e.g. Mastodon). Doing so would let you reach people on many related platforms. You could even set up your own server. I hope you will explore this possibility, as vital public information should not be controlled at the whim of a private business owner. Thank you for considering.

@NYSloth @futurebird They can follow the model of @ai6yr who has brought public safety services to life here on his server.

@franktaber @NYSloth @futurebird I could probably get that on here. I have @sfbart_bot and @wmata_bot going here

@franktaber @NYSloth @futurebird @sfbart_bot @wmata_bot Yeah, that might be do-able... They have a spot I can snag the notices. I'll have to see what it looks like.

@franktaber @NYSloth @futurebird @sfbart_bot @wmata_bot I'm unsure how crazy it will be (lots of service notices up there!) -- will play around with it... Eventually it will go up at @nymta_bot
