Gregory's Server@michaelsteeber having pantone colors as a system-level feature in 1996 is absolutely wild. openstep knew what’s up from day 1.

 @michaelsteeber iirc you were able to drop an image into it and use that as the color picker source. so you could drag the crosshair around that if you had a brand gradient or something.  |
