@atomicpoet What usually happens (historically, from before I had a FB account) is that I don't hear about organized events until the day of. It's not a matter of intentional omission, just not being in the usual channel of communication. If I reach out, yeah, I can make things happen, it just takes a lot more effort. @rbos Well, then that’s different. By the way, what I’ve found helps with moving off Facebook is email and calendar. If you organize events through a calendar then notify them through email, people will follow along. |
