@atomicpoet @fediversenews Agree(ish) - I think adding a "we block" and "we are blocked by" lists to a server's about page along with the rules for membership, etc. would be a great standard. It would allow monitoring of blocking. More transparency and standardization there would be valuable for admins and users.
