 @atomicpoet that’s what I’m saying. Content creator or even influence seems to be a well known and arguably well trodden path. It’d be nice if “facilitator” became as obvious a choice. |

Emotional labour is labour. Yes.
Labour should be paid for. Yes.
Therefore counsellors should be paid. No omg what's wrong with you, don't you care about people, do you only care when you're paid to? Etc etc etc
Moderation and facilitation is very much emotional labour.
