@dosnostalgic Also, that is a horrendous attempt at compositing game footage onto a CRT. :blobwaitwhat: @tomnardi I mean, did you see the trailer? I don't think accuracy was their goal. @dosnostalgic noticed that :-( @dosnostalgic That 1986 one, that's the Tetris that ruled my dreams and delayed my uni essays. Of course, I wasn't playing it on a Famicom either. :) @thomasbeagle Wow. Not a lot of people can say that. Most people discovered Tetris via its later commercial releases. @dosnostalgic I blame BBS culture. 😄 I just downloaded Tetris (all 24KB of it!) it to find that it won't run on Windows 11, I need a Dos emulator or something. @dosnostalgic I loved the 1988 one! Instantly recognizable.
Wonder if they couldn't get the rights to show the Famicom one for some reason. @dosnostalgic Both also seem to be added in post. Guess they didn’t want to go through the hassle of finding functional CRTs and film them… |
@dosnostalgic One job. They had one job. :blobdisapproval:
