@atomicpoet @reiver I would absolutely be okay with a "we'll set it up including scheduled backups, then grant you root access, and you're on your own from there" arrangement. Especially if it includes scaling options like splitting the front-end and redis+postgres into different VMs. In that scenario the only support I would expect is service-level issues, not software support.
