Having a strange issue today with what appears to be a shadowban since other YouTube posts work.
Was it my taste in music or the fact i mentioned windows?

@Gargron Everything has worked fine here since i came. This morning i began posting a few YouTube videos, music. My posts stopped appearing in the local and federated timeline if they had image attachments or had links. Other folks' post with YT links appeared normally. I went to Boost your pinned post and it disappeared, and then i couldn't see your pinned post when i viewed my response again. So it appeared you shadowbanned and blocked me on my end. What happened exactly then?  @slightly_off No one has touched your account. I don't know how to explain what you saw, I just looked at this thread on .online and your reply is attached to my post like expected. Posts with YouTube links on your profile have previews. @Gargron I can't see it being connected to your original post in this thread but i see both your responses. YouTube posts weren't appearing in the Local or Federated timeline, previews worked fine though... that wasn't the issue. It's fine, i'm moving to an instance that's not having any issues. |
