@stevesilberman Yes that's awful, but pretty much everyone mocks disability. Last night, Stephen Colbert poked fun at George Santos claim he had 2 knee replacements with a mockery of a disabled person walking without bending his knees, and it got a big laugh. And back in November he made fun of a man for his rubik's cube collection by mocking autistic social awkwardness. Yes we need to call out bad behavior by bad people, but can we also call it out by those we think of as good people? If we don't also call out ablism by people we like, we don't have any moral ground to stand on.
