Fourteen years, nine months. End of an era. Apparently you can't delete straight-up, you have to deactivate and wait 30 days and then it is deleted.

And yes, I am deleting my account. Best of luck to whatever impersonator or spammer takes over the tinysubversions name. I refuse to dignify Twitter as a canonical namespace.

@edsu As I explained to a friend elsewhere, I spent 4 years in kind of maintenance-mode on there, mostly using it because it was the best place to promote my work and keep in touch with friends but in the last month fediverse because undeniably better for both
