No ideal why composer is complaing about this now... *sigh*

@ij Looks like you are running php v7.4 which isn't supported anymore!

@pixelfed Well, running on Debian 11, which still supports 7.4, but when switching to 8.0, I get this:

@ij Try installing php-intl like the error states and then run `composer update`

@pixelfed php-intl is installed, but it's php7.4. there seems to be php8.0-intl, only php-symfony-intl, which is installed as well
