@jacobgonzales20@Gargron Thanks for your answer. So, different servers have different membership restrictions. I didn't realize that. I thought everything was federated like the old Usenet days. Also odd that I didn't receive a notification of your reply. I'm learning, but I wish Mastodon borrowed a few more UX elements from Twitter. It's been hard to navigate so far and I'm a techie.
