@copdeb you don't connect. #Mastodon and #Pixelfed are living in the #fediverse, meaning, accounts from both services can interact with each other as if they were from the same service, for instance, search for your pixelfed account (e.g. @your_pixelfed_username@pixelfed_hostname) from Mastodon and you will find it and be able to follow it and, favourite and repost your posts from pixelfed, as if they were Mastodon posts.
