@Gargron You mean you tried and don't like it, or you don't like the one you bought in some store? Here's mine :D @Gargron Cover the top with some butter or oil next time get get a better color. You can also add a pinch of salt loosely across the top. Another little secret is to spray the inside of the oven walls with a bit of water and that'll help the crust. @Gargron if it's crispy outside and soft inside the baking is correct. about the taste ๐คทโโ๏ธ well.. that's personal @Gargron ๐ ๐จ๐๐ฎ ๐ข๐ฎ ๐๐ค๐ค๐ ๐จ๐๐ง, ๐ฉ๐๐๐ฉ'๐จ ๐ ๐ข๐๐๐๐ฉ๐ฎ ๐๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ก๐ค๐ค๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ง๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ค๐ช ๐ข๐๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐ง๐. ๐๐๐ทโจ @Gargron Believe me, only a bread made from sourdough is a real bread. A great source of information is this blog https://www.ploetzblog.de/ (German) with delicious bread recipes. Homemade bread is just great. Two of my first tries. ๐ @Gargron I am also not a connoisseur, but I messed up enough doughs to be able to say that yours looks pretty good! @Gargron this looks great! I recommend letting it bake longer, though. Don't be afraid of a little color! |
