Personally, I like the tiny bit of friction that content warnings introduce, so I will use them where I think it's necessary.
I suspect for most people it's not that they are for or against, but haven't quite worked out WHEN they should or shouldn't apply.
That can be difficult as 90% of people might be into something and 10% might be triggered or upset. Thinking about the 10% can be hard.
