 @andyburke @pixelfed currently most mastodon servers are experiencing latency due to huge migrations from twitter, everything will get fast with time. Currently the best idea would be making an account on smaller servers @andyburke tip: if you desire not to keep your current account in the future, you can simply use the migration feature of mastodon from account settings. @andyburke @pixelfed but yes, pixelfed is generally much faster at displaying photos, given the design philosophy |
