Eugen, through all this madness, I learned not to try to find any common-sense logic behind these decisions. Case in point: in my city, it is "required" that everyone wears masks AND GLOVES in public transport, shops, malls and so on. WHO didn't say anything about gloves. No one did, no one knows where this idea came from, and no one is having it. You can get yelled at for not wearing a mask, but literally everyone understands the pointlessness of the gloves. The signs mention them so the health inspectors are happy.
