@Satsuma@cwebber@mlemweb I use a Bosch TWK6A013 kettle. Minimal electronics. Just a switch that flips loudly when it's done. I don't trust anything more advanced.
@Gargron@Satsuma@cwebber@mlemweb I've got a Bonavita variable temperature gooseneck kettle and I *loooove* it. Notably, it's designed, manufactured, and rated for industrial use, and it shows: despite the feature set it just works, simply and reliably. Probably our single most used appliance.
