@Gargron @Satsuma @cwebber @mlemweb I've got a Bonavita variable temperature gooseneck kettle and I *loooove* it. Notably, it's designed, manufactured, and rated for industrial use, and it shows: despite the feature set it just works, simply and reliably. Probably our single most used appliance.
