Gregory's Server@isagalaev @fribbledom That sounds a lot like ISPs/telecoms in Canada. There's 4 "Big Boys", and a bunch of resellers for Internet, TV and landlines. Reseller (TPIA) prices are quite often close to half the price charged by the big guys.
