Есть куча сервисов распространения подкастов, куда ты их заливаешь и либо получаешь на выходе фид, либо еще и в каталоги подкастов сразу попадает.
Плюс обычно всяким спотифаям-ямузыкам можно также скармливать такой фид и там тоже подкаст будет обновляться.
Из несвободных сервисов самое простое по-моему SoundCloud.
А так даже у FunkWhale что-то было такое, но всратое.
